At the core of 212 Derece Coaching Academy is the TCM, developed by Can Deniz Timur, MCC, and deeply explored in his book “Dönüşüm İçin Koçluk.”
As one of the few Master Certified Coaches (MCC) globally accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Timur brings over a decade of expertise in leadership, systems thinking, and transformational coaching.
He has worked with entrepreneurs, senior leaders, and teams across various industries, including strategic coaching partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, driving long-term impact through customized programs and culture-focused transformation.
Rather than positioning coaching as a set of techniques or tools, this model defines it as a relationship-based, developmental process rooted in self-awareness, conscious decision-making, and the courage to take responsibility for one’s own transformation.

Coaching as a Force for Collective Change
One of the academy’s most recognized initiatives, Bir Dilek Yetmez, brought coaching to 280 schoolteachers across Türkiye, many of whom were working in underserved or rural areas. Through this initiative, educators were not only trained in coaching fundamentals but also empowered to apply these skills in their classrooms, school communities, and leadership roles—ultimately becoming catalysts for cultural and systemic change in education.
In response to increasingly complex global challenges, 212 Derece has also been at the forefront of Climate Coaching and DEIB facilitation.
